What Is QLASSIC

QLASSIC is a Malaysian-based quality assessment system developed
by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), which
encourages constructions to ensure the workmanship quality of a
building’s construction work, following through on the Construction
Industry Standard (CIS 7: 2006).
QLASSIC certifications are executed on-site, relying on the principles
of first-time inspections. Constructions which are rectified after
being assessed cannot be re-assessed, making The Valley Residences
a home with the standard mark of perfection.
